  1. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs the online privacy practices of Lynkit Solutions Pvt. Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as ("WE" or "US" or "COMPANY") and describes how we handle personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") and other information that we collect or receive through the operation of our products and services, any web sites, portals, telecommunications, technical or customer service support or information and as part of any of our other business activities. We, as a data processor, collect the Personal Information of certain data subjects in accordance with law. This Policy applies to information collected by us in whatever format and through any medium including our website, telephones, portals, tablets and other devices; or, potentially Personal Information about you and/or your employer or employees in the course of the provision of our products and services, and how we may use and share it.
  2. We are the sole owner of the information collected from our website and from use of our applications subscribed or purchased by you. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. However, from time to time, we may use your information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our Policy. Our services are provided through telematics devices installed on customer assets which transmit a variety of information to us for processing via wireless communication, global positioning satellite, internet and other technologies.
  4. We do not require that you register or otherwise provide any Personal Information in order to visit or browse our web site. However, we do collect certain Personal Information, including your name, email addresses, and any other information you provide including credit/debit card or other financial information when you make a purchase or an inquiry through our web site(s). This information may be used by us to provide the requested services or products and to contact you in the future to convey information about our products and services. You are under no obligation to provide us with this information, but without it, we may not be able to take the action requested. In addition, for each visitor to our site, we automatically gather certain other potentially identifying information and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, your operating system, date/time stamp, processor or device serial number, unique device identifier etc. We collect and store this information on an individual basis and in aggregate, or combined, form. This information is used for the maintenance and improvement of our on-line and data processing services.

  8. Upon activation of our services and products, you may have to provide us with the name of an individual, including yourself, who will be the designated operator of the associated asset. Our records will reflect personally identifying information of the designated operator including email and telephone numbers until you communicate a different designated operator. Accordingly, to ensure accuracy of our records at all times, you are responsible for notifying us of any changes to the designated operator so as to indicate the actual operator of the vehicle or asset at any particular time.
  9. We use GPS information in connection with providing our services. The information may be available to third parties, but only in aggregate form.

It is possible that, at some time in the future, the company may be sold along with its assets, or may engage in business transactions in which customer information is one of the assets transferred. In such a case, the customer information which we have gathered may be one of the business assets we transfer or to which we allow confidential access to a prospective purchaser.

We limit access to your Personal Information to the employees, agents and who need the information to perform their functions. We also have appropriate security system in place to protect your personal information that you share with us. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to protect your personal data from any kind of theft. However, no internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended parties, and, by registering with us and providing personal information, you agree that you will not hold us responsible for any breach of security, unless such breach is due to our gross negligence or deliberate violation of this privacy policy. It is advised that you sign off from your account if you are accessing our website from a shared computer.
  13. We have implemented appropriate physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or alteration. However, we acknowledge that no security system is impenetrable. Hence, we cannot take absolute guarantee of the security of our database. Further, we owe no guarantee, in event if the information you share with us is intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.
  14. To help protect your privacy, be sure -
    1. not to share your user ID or password with anyone else;
    2. to log off the Web site when you are finished;
    3. to take customary precautions to guard against "malware" (viruses, Trojan horses, bots, etc.), for example by installing and updating suitable anti-virus software.
  15. If you delete or withhold or refuse to share any essential information with us, we may not be able to provide you services.
  16. You will receive transactional e-mails if you engage in any transactions with our website.
  17. Information Security Management System
    1. Organizational security - all employees at Lynkit undergo a process of background verification, which is performed by reputed third party agencies who verify criminal, legal and previous employment and educational background. Only employees that pass these background checks are assigned tasks within the organization.
    2. Physical security - all workstations issued to Lynkit employees are loaded with the latest OS and antivirus software to ensure that they are secure.
    3. Network security - Our network is fortified with multiple firewalls and antivirus software that protect our company network from any harmful incoming traffic/ intrusion prevention as well as prevent our employees from engaging in any malicious outgoing traffic in the form of any untrusted site browsing, file uploads or downloads.
    4. Data Encryption - all customer data is transmitted with TLS encryption and all sensitive user information is encrypted using 256-bit AES.
    5. No files are allowed to be uploaded to downloaded from the app
  18. Target audience
    1. This application is not intended for use by children or families. This is a business productivity application, with intended users as adults in the workplace. Lynkit does not knowingly collect any information from children who are under 16 years of age for its own purposes, and if we become aware of holding such information we will take immediate steps to delete such information.
  19. User images
    1. All user images collected through the app are completely optional and the user can deny application access to camera/ gallery or to upload an image at any point during the use of the app. User images collected through the app are subject to the same privacy policy as other private user information collected through our apps.
  20. This Privacy Policy is the sole agreement between the company and you concerning the collection, usage, and disclosure of personal information. Any other Privacy Policy published by third parties will not be binding between the parties and will have no legal effect whatsoever. Please be aware that we do not control, operate the privacy practices of our partners or third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of each third party/partner website you visit before you share your information with that third party/partner. In any such event, you are responsible for any loss or damage arising out of such practices.
  21. This Privacy Policy is subject to revision from time to time. We will post any revised version of the Privacy Policy on this Site. Any amended Privacy Policy will be effective as of the date stated in the revised policy. Continued use of our Services following notice of such changes will indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the revised terms and conditions.
